James Millar
James is an award-winning photographer who works for a number of high-profile clients and regularly has his work published in the national media. He is often commissioned to shoot creative portraits with high-profile performers.
Comfortable in the studio as well as on location, James is emerging as one of the leading portrait photographers in London. As well as his commercial work; which also covers documentary, architecture and product photography, James is involved in a number of artistic projects. These include work with cabaret, burlesque and performance artists and on-going projects exploring old photographic processes, in particular the wet-plate collodion process known as tintype.
James also teaches, with workshops planned this year in street photography and the wet plate collodion process.
